My Story
Hey there 👋
I’m Victor, a software engineer with over fifteen years building backend systems. I gravitate toward the problems that have to be right: code that holds up under load and still makes sense to whoever reads it next.
I’ve spent that time across commerce, identity, payments, and privacy, on systems where mistakes are costly: checkout flows, entitlement management, and payment services handling onboarding, reconciliation, chargebacks, and fraud. A lot of it was at companies growing fast and rebuilding as they went, which taught me to move quickly without leaving a mess for the next person to clean up.
These days I work mostly in Go and cloud-native infrastructure, on backend systems that need to stay up. I love open source, and I try to build things that respect the people on the other side of them, private and secure by default.
